Jesus is stripped of his garments (Mark 15:24).
The Chapel of the Franks honors the moment that Jesus was stripped of his garments. The soldiers refrained from tearing the garments off so that they could cast lots for them.
When you get to the top of the stairs you’ll have to fight the reflection in the window to see inside. You cannot get into the chapel though.
When you get inside the Church of the Holy Sepulchre, there is another window next to station 11 that looks down on the Chapel of the Franks, however, your best view will be from the outside at the top of the stairs.
After you’re done head to the entrance of the church and take an immediate right turn. You will find a steep staircase. Climb up it to find Station 11.
